Good day,

My friend is planning to apply for a ESL program at George Brown College from India. He is 25 years, a grade 12 graduate and have no study gaps. He was rejected twice in past 2 years for a TRV to Canada due to other reasons. He advised he has now fulfilled all rejection reasons.

Program link: http://www.georgebrown.ca/international/esl/admissions/

What are his chances of getting accepted into this program?
What are his chances for getting student visa?

Has anybody here applied and have been accepted/approved by CIC for this program?

Thanks.
AM

His chances of approval are low. Taking an ESL program is a weak reason for coming all the way to Canada to study. The two TRV refusals make this even worse. He should take a degree or diploma that is at least 1 year in length.
