I was scheduled to travel to Canada on 17th June 2024, but during the check-in process, an unexpected error occurred with the visa stamp/TRV, preventing me from receiving my boarding pass. The details of the error message is not clear, Flight staff couldn't process the visa stamped on my passport and then they checked with some other officers. Later they told me that this visa is not valid and I can't continue my journey to canada. Now I submitted the the Web form and waiting for the reply. Does anybody experienced this before? Please advise
