Hi! I am planning to apply for a student permit and an open work permit for my wife. My wife's date of birth and her mother's name at our marriage certificate is wrong, can we still use it in our supporting papers and just attach a Notarized Affidavit of Supplemental Report to show that the errors are being processed already and other supporting documents with it? Are we in danger of Misrepresentation if we proceed with it? Thank you!

I think the question is too specific and the response is for the visa officer to determine. It is hard to predict.
