I received ITA but noticed that the first job in my work experience history under my EE profile (that is 11 years old) has start date that is off by two months (i.e I had started the job in April 2007; but by mistake mentioned in the profile as having started from January 2007).
I have just received ITA but not sure what to do!?
Would a two month discrepancy on an 11 year old job cause rejection? Can I explain that with an affidavit uploaded along with the Employment Reference Letter I receive from my ex-employer? What are my options?
You mean e-APR that I’ll file within 90 days of ITA? Should I add an affidavit or a statement (with my signature) stating the discrepancy? Or is there any other way?

When you open your mycic account now after ITA you will see a new line now that is the PR apllication. All the the info you already entered in your EE profile is copied there and you can edit what you need to.
At the end you have to validate all the info before you can get your documents checklist.

Thanks for replying! I do see that I can edit my info my PR application (when I click "continue application").
However, if I edit the "work history" and change my month for that particular 11 year old job from January 2007 to April 2007, wouldn't that be different from the original application for which I received ITA?
Some consultants mention that having a difference in original ITA application and the PR application may lead to rejection. You think a 2-month difference will be that substantial to cause rejection?

Are you sure altering dates in work history in the PR application (if it doesnt change CRS scores) wont have any impact on my application. I spoke to a few consultants and they advised me against this (i'm not sure why).
Have you seen cases where people have changed slight details in their PR applications after receiving ITAs?
