I am from India. I want to apply through SINP Occupation In Demand. For filling out EOI details, I have to submit Health Card Number, SGI Number and Address for a close relative who is my brother. My brother recently moved to Alberta so he cancelled Saskatchewan health card and got Alberta health card. My sister in law (brother's wife) and Nephew are still living in Saskatchewan. May I eligible to claim close relative points ?
