I need some advice. My PR will come by mid Feb. I discussed it with my boss yesterday and told him that I'll quit by march-april. He took it quite well but said that I should do the soft landing, stay for 10-15 days and apply for PR card, come back and continue working meanwhile he'll try to get me transferred to a sister concern of our group. I've read a little about it but couldn't find confidence that I'll be allowed to re enter Canada later on if I do not have the PR card in hand. What should i do?
