Hello,
I am a international student in Canada. I applied entry visa and mailed to Buffalo immigration office on Oct. Somedays ago I received a letter from the office, it said that I paid the fee with wrong method. Acutally, i paid the fee with Visa. And then I resubmitted the fee with money order.
Is there anyone who can tell me how to receive a refund?
