Entry to Canada (2nd time) using COPR

Experts please reply:

Last month I used the COPR document, explained immigration officer and crossed the border by walk to enter to Canada from USA.
Unfortunately, I have all my baggage in my cousin's place and today I am planning to pick-them from Mississippi, USA.
Can I use the same COPR to cross USA border and enter to Canada again?
please help me.

Yes - you can use your COPR to re-enter by land as long as you are traveling in a private vehicle.

No, if you want to fly. Then you need PR card or travel document.
