Entry for Further Examination Form

I was given an "Entry for further examination or admissibility hearing" form at the port of entry. The officer said that they are waiting for verification from their partner. I then confirmed with the officer that all my files are fine. This is the first time I heard this happened to PNPs. I was informed to return in 3 weeks to complete my examination. Does anyone have any ideas what the hell is happening now in Canada? My application triggered c-check for security during the application period but was completed. Thanks.
