Entry express score not showing up

Hello,
I have a little situation and I was hoping to get some help and advices. I created an entry express profile and I submitted it. A few seconds later I received a message telling me that I am not eligible but no score is displayed. The tool on immigration canada I used to calculate my score indicate I have 488. I came to Canada as an international student. I started my bachelor in New-Brunswick, I only stayed there for my first 2 years, then I trasferred to Toronto to finish my remaining two years. I graduated, I had a couple jobs ever since but I only listed two of them that could qualify for entry express. I completed both french and english tests. It`s been a few days now and no score shows up on my profile. Please help

You will have to create a new profile now. No score will be displayed if it says ineligible.

This is the second time I am creating a profile for the same issue. Is there any way I can reach out to them and raise this issue?

You need to figure out what is that is being entered which is making you not eligible. It is not IRCC's fault so no point reaching out to them.

Search this forum , there are numerous threads for same issue which will help you narrow down on your issue.

I am creating a new profile now. As I mentioned earlier, I started studying in one institution, I stayed there for 2 years, then transferred to a different one where I completed my education for the 2 remaining years. The drop down under education does not have an option that can clearly explain my situation. Which one should I choose please?

Have you got evaluation for your education done for Canadian equivalency? Your situation you do not need to explain in that particular section.

Is it required if both schools are Canadian universities? The first is in Moncton New-Brunswick and the second is in Toronto.
