Currently, the processing time for super visa from Bangladesh is 106 days. But I already have two-way-flight-ticket booked for my parents after 3 months (which is before the super visa processing timeline of 106 days). Shall I attach the return flight ticket to the application to prove that they would leave Canada at the end of their stay?

You can but supervisa holders can stay years. If return flight has passed then what is purpose?
Attaching a return flight ticket means the visa holders plans to get back correct?

IRCC asks that flights not be booked until visa is approved. It doesn’t necessarily strengthen application as it can be changed.
