I am curious to know if there is a deadline for the people who have recently got a super visa ? Is there any timeline in the visa conditions or a person can entry any time once the super visa got approved?

No - there are no such restrictions or deadline. A person can enter Canada at any time while the visa is valid.

Of course still keep in mind whilst COVID is with us that there are specific requirements to enable travel for immediate family in addition to having a valid visa
