I am pursuing my first semester online from india , my 2nd sem classes will start from 7th Sept , how many days before my classes I can enter canada as my first sem will end on 13 august

you can travel today if you want since you are already studying. the three week rule is for when your first semester starts

Yes I know I can travel today but due to travel ban I can't and I don't want to travel through indirect route , so I am thinking to travel in August if the ban lifts. So i want to ask that if my classes will start on 7 Sept can I travel between 7-10 august.
