Hi,
My wife has Closed work permit that she received for Company transfer from India to Canada.
It is valid for 1 year. I came along as dependant on Visitor Visa and after reaching Canada applied for my Open work permit and i received it for the same time my wife has Closed permit Visa.(Till Feb 2020)
After 4 months in Canada i have started working in a company and my Wife's company has send her to Poland for work and it will take very long for project to end there.
We have our PR process started and i am sure will get ITA in next draw as i have desired points.
Question is:
Can she come back to Canada if she resigns the company in Poland ? After coming to Canada apply for BOWP , 3 months before visa expires?
Will it effect my Visa status if she resigns?
I know its a long query , hoping that someone will understand and can guide me. I have checked with 2-3 consultants and they all differ in their opinion.
