A brief background
I have two profile submitted on my express entry login
First Profile - There was a mistake and the profile rejected. It has a UCI (Unique Client Identifier)
Second Profile - Submitted and Profile Eligible, received a Letter of Interest from Ontario
While submitting the Ontario PNP application, it is asking for UCI, Can I enter the UCI mentioned in the first profile which is ineligible?
Hi goodafternoon,
i am in the same situation at the moment. I created EE profile and after that i also received PT NOI from ontario. soon i realised i made a serious error while filing my EE profile. so i withdrawn my profile. There is currently a UCI number when i login to my GCkey login. I am planning to submit a new express entry profile soon. My questions are when i will be creating a new profile i will be asked have u applied for EE before? what should be my answer yes or no? if i select yes will they ask me for my UCI? if they ask should i put that UCI number? My only worry is that, will CIC assess and compare the information provided in my deleted EE profile and submitted EE profile? And after submitting the new EE profle will i get a new UCI ?
Thankyou

Your UCI number will remain the same like I said. Your name, DOB, passport number, etc all lead to the same UCI in IRCC's database. My UCI on the visitor visa I got 3 years ago is still the same and now shows in my profile (after I passed the medical test).
It seems that you submitted your e-APR and paid the fees, so you should answer YES. They will ask for the UCI number in that case. I'm not sure if they would compare the info you provided before, but withdrawing your profile due to a mistake that you realized shows your good intentions. Perhaps you could include the reason of withdrawing the previous application in the LOE?

As per my knowledge, You don't need to show the first profile as it is invalidated. You have received nomination for second profile so go with that and if it did not mention of UCI, don't give it.
