This was in Michigan maybe two years ago that I got a no insurance conviction (small fine). Records clean otherwise. Will this be a problem for me? If so will the criminal rebilitation thing be long
Not a problem. Canada generally only takes issue with offenses they classify as indictable/hybrid. (felonies) As Canuck78 said an insurance conviction is most likely not even a criminal offense, and even if it is, it probably constitutes a petty misdemeanor (a summary offense in Canadian law) and thus won't be a problem.
