Hi
I have a valid post-graduation work permit, and an expired student visa (I have not left Canada since graduating in June). I am working in Toronto, ON.
I want to go to Georgia, USA, in May.
1) Do I need to apply for a visa to get back into Canada from USA? (I read somewhere that a visa is not needed to re-enter Canada if you are coming from USA).
2) If i don't need a Canadian visa, what documents should I have on hand?
3) If i need a visa, what would be the estimated waiting times? (I'm running out of time here...)
I really don't want to be stuck in USA and wait for my visa. i have work and bills to take care of
