Folks: Can I enter Canada using my PR card if I haven't met the two-year residency requirement. I need to travel for a work trip in next two weeks before my PR card expires during the last week of October 2024. Will I be allowed back into Canada? I am ok renouncing my PR card as I plan to return to US after spending few days in Canada.

Yes, you will be allowed to enter. You may be sent to secondary processing. If you're going to renounce in future then no issues. It's easily done online.
