Hi, I have multiple entry SX-1 visa. I was in Canada twice to study English. I met a guy and we would like to get married. Can I enter Canada on sx-1 visa to get married? Purpose of visit - to get married. Is this something outrageous? Would the office let me into the country?
From where are you ?
As you said you entered twice for study ,what was the length of those courses ?

Not outrageous at all since marriage is a respectable and sacred institution. You can also handle it this way (if your conscience permits) that you came back to travel
and during the stay decided to get married. I guess no harm in that. Cheers.
You can get married in Canada but that does not give you any residency rights . Even if your to be spouse is PR or a citizen they would need to go through the spouse sponsorship route and also demonstrate the marriage is genuine.
