SINP 100-22 states that you could have IELTS certificate with score of 6 and up or you could have education/ training documents that demonstrate that you have attended education institutions where the languange of instruction was English. what are the examples of these documents or can i go to an english lesson school and have a certificate.. is that it?

It is not an "English lesson school" It is all your schooling was in English.

my husband has already have a certificate of english proficiency from his university. but it only states that his school only uses 80% english as medium of instruction. is that okay?
