I migrated to Canada in 1989 with form IMM.1000.

After all these year living in Canada, now I decided to apply for Canadian Citizen. I just found out there is additional English test documents needed to be submitted along with the citizenship application forms.

I came from a country that speaks English, on the IMM 1000 form code are as follow:

No. 19: ND2 (Imm Cat.)
No. 21: 02 (Educ. Qual.)
No. 22: 11 (Years of Schooling)
No. 24: 1 (English)
No. 25: 1 (C.L.P.R)

Appreciate any advice (what the code meant) and If I really need to brush up my English(?).
Thanks In advance, Cheers!

Ps. I'll be 51 years this 2014

You don't necessarily need to brush up on your English. But you definitely do need to submit one of the English language proof documents requested as part of the citizenship application. Which one you submit is up to you.

I'd just look into whatever test you'll want to take IELTS or CELPIP and practice those until you're comfortable enough with the test format to achieve your desired scores!
