i,ve been studying bsc in germany where in my course, language of instruction is english. now for admission in masters in canadian uni do i require to write ielts again?or some certificateor letter from german uni can substitute?

It depends on the university and program. You will need to inquiry with your university directly.

If your official transcript states English as the language you taught in, Then you dont need to write ielts for admission for IELTS
