My self and my spouse are applying for our citizenship. I hold a Master degree from a Canadian university. I will be using my degree as a proof of my language. My spouse is a pharmacist here in Canada but did her schooling in India. Even for her PR application she did not took any language proof test, she was listed as dependent in my PR application. Should she take IELTS/CELPIP again or is there any alternative
If she studied in english back home in India, you can use her degree as a proof of language as long as you have some official document from her university specifying the language of education. If not, well, yeah, a test will be required.
