Hi guys! I am already a permanent resident of Canada for about 5 years and is planning to apply for citizenship. I have question regarding English language proof. I graduated with a bachelor's degree from University of the Philippines.
Wondering if anyone of you here used the diploma + Transcript of records for the application? Did you submit any other supplemental documents to back this up?
Thanks!

If the entirety of your education was in English, I suppose you could use that. If you have your IELTS-General Test Report Form that you submitted for your PR application, you can use the same IELTS report for citizenship as well (even if it is expired).
