I recently got married to an Indian and my spouse is not a native English speaker. She wants to improve her English so that she can settle down better in Canada. Could anyone recommend courses/classes that she can take in India to improve her spoken English? - preferably a franchisee so we are not confined to a city.
I know that ESL classes are offered in Canada and to those who have got the pre-arrival services letter. However, we're looking for something she can pursue till I file her app and get the process underway.

Really depends on her level of English. If it is at a decent level finding people to practice English with for free, reading in English, watching TV in English are probably better options than many courses being offered.
