Hi all,
I am applying under the FSW program. I have 3 years of experience, but only one year was continuous with the same employer. The problem is that this company was paying me in cash. I have contacted my ex manager and he told me that he can write me the employment verification letter with all the specs needed and stamp it but he can't send me the pay stubs as the company pays the employees in cash.
Do you think that missing the pay stubs will be a problem?
Thanks.
Which Country is this ?
Were you paying taxes and were on legal work permit while working under this employer ?
This was in Egypt. Yes it was legal as I am an Egyptian citizen.
Usually when you work for a small company you just get paid in cash so I am not sure about the taxes, but I assume that it was not taxable.

As long as it was legal and your pay lies under the 'non-taxable' bracket, you are good.
You can explain the same in your LOE
