Checklist item 5 asks for proof of a source of income. I am currently working South Korea where I met my wife and we are planning to move back to Canada at the same time. I'm not working in Canada so it asks to provide a letter explaining how I can financially support both of us as well as other documentation to prove it.
Can anyone recommend what I should provide for this category? I wrote out a detailed letter but beyond that I'm not sure what more I should do.
Do you have savings either in Korea or in Canada ? You could provide a statement of that to show that you’ok be able to support yourself while you’re seeking employement in Canada.
Give them a detailed plan, show any savings, provide them with a letter from a family member that can agree to house you free of charge upon return, detail your work experience and confidence of being able to obtain a job in the same field. These seem to have satisfied many agents according to these fourms
Maybe a letter from your employer, saying you're much you earn(you can write it yourself and ask your boss to sign and date it for you) and your long you have been with your company, along with bank statements and a detailed plan on how you plan to support yourself in Canada ,
