Employment/Source of income if self employed

Hi All,

My husband is my sponsor and needs to show supporting financial documents as he is self employed - does anyone have any advice on what these documents are? We have the notice of assessment and proof of income statement but what do we need in lieu of a letter from employer?

No format. A brief description about his business. How long has it been open, how many employees, income earned, etc.
