I have 9 years of IT experience in which 7 years with my current company and 2 years with previous company.
As per OOPNP checklist I need to get Employment Referral Letter for all my employer.
But I am facing some problem contacting my previous employer.
Can I remove my previous employer from EE as well from my OOPNP application?
But when I applied for my work permit I had shown my past employment.
Will they check my work permit application documents while evaluating OOPNP and PR under EE?
Does anyone experienced same situation before ?
Or, what will be the better solution for this?
Will there any problem if it missmatch my EE profile with last work permit application ?

You UCI number throughout your work permit application and PR application always remains the same.
hence it is quite possible that they will know about your previous experience with the previous employer through your WP appliacation.
It is not advisable to lie on your PR application.
if they find it, it can be termed as a mis-representation, your application can be rejected and you can be prohibited from applying for 5 years..
not trying to scare you, just trying to put things in perspective. It is quite possible that they might not look at it...but i am telling you what all can happen IN CASE THEY LOOK AT IT
Seriously you will be better off creating a false letter of reference than falsifying on your application. Not that i would recommend doing that as well in any case

thats what i also said in the last line... I was just trying to tell him that falsifying on application would be even more severe than falsifying the reference letter... Both are A big NO anyway...
