Employment reference letter
My employer is providing me an employment reference letter, however, a few issues
1. As per organization policies letter will not have my salary. How big is this a trouble and how can I manage this? Salary slips, offer letter?
2. My designation does not sound like my NOC. i.e. my NOC is 2171 (System Analyst) whereas my title is Solution Architect. I am aware that duties/responsibilities matter, designation title does not matter, but my designation name matches with other NOCs.
