I have a question about the details included in the employment reference letter.
I submitted my request to my department's HR manager with the checklist requirements, as well as a list of roles & responsibilities that need to be added to the letter.
The turnaround time was fairly quick and I happily submitted that letter with my application without reading through it in details. My AOR came just a couple weeks ago.
However, I just found out that while 99% of the requirements in the checklist were met, the employment benefits that I'm getting from the company were not listed, just my annual salary was mentioned.
I wonder if that's going to be a cause of rejection of my application?
