I have been given the ITA a few days back and am in the process of collecting the necessary documentation. I've been working full-time for over a year, but I got 3 different fields for "employment" in my document checklist and that's confusing me. I got:
-"Employment Records": this is fairly straightforward. I'll upload a letter from the company and upload however many paystubs I can.
-"Employment offer": I'm not quite sure about this. I DO have a job but it's not a "new arranged" offer per se. Should I just upload the offer from my current job and attach an explanation letter?
-"Employment letter": Again, should I upload the offer of my current job?
Thank you in advance. Please let me know if my questions need further clarification.
Under "Mandatory documents for all applicants" there is a section titled "Proof of work experience" , read that.
Also, under "Mandatory documents (if applicable)" there is a description of the "letter of offer from the employer." As you noted, this does not apply to you, but it should help you understand the difference between a job offer letter and a letter of employment / reference letter.

I've already read that page, it helped me understand the difference between an "offer" and "employment letter" a little more but it's still quite ambiguous. Should I change my answer to "no" to having a valid job offer then? I did not claim any points for "arranged employment" so I'd imagine that my points should go unaffected. I only gained points from "Work experience" which I'd support with my current employment letter.
I am applying for PNP . My manager mentioned different number of hours (i.e. 35 hours per week) in employment contract than actual number of hours on pay slips (i.e. 32 hours per week). I am wandering if it could make any big difference in application.?
