Employment letter

Have anyone else have received a request letter as following:
"• Employment Letter: An official document printed on company letterhead stating that you, in whose name the letter is printed, will be employed in Canada for a specified period of time by that company. It must list your name, the details of your employment in Canada."


I am on open work permit. I am on EI at this moment. How should i respond to this letter.
My application is in process under post graduate PNP category.

I have my spouse as dependent. However, they have requested my information only.

Employment letters requested quite often. What’s your concern?

I am on unemployment insurance at this stage. I work seasonally fron January till June each year. My employer has given me the employment record for last 3 years. However, for upcoming season, they will finalize everything in October. Should i just write them a letter to explain this.
Is there anyone who has been in same situation?
