Employment Letter

Hi,

I have worked in India as a software engineer for 3.5 years, I have joining and relieving letter with me, but I do not have pay slips and it is difficult to get them now, and my manager also left the company.
I have a question regarding the format of employment letter for that company.

Now, I am working as Data Analyst in US for last three months, so what type of letters should I submit now for this company.
I know I have to submit two letters, one for each company but my real issue is the type of letter for first company.

you call your olf HR, tell them you need a letter with the information. no need for the rest
