Hello,

Earlier I had posted employment letter related questions which were answered by few senior members. Thanks!! Now , I have new questions..

( I Suppose to go back to home country by July. But, my project got extended and am staying here until Jan of next year.Lucky me!!!).
My employer agreed to provide a 'Reference Letter' where they have included period of employment, job title, hours/week , Full time, salary etc. But, this letter doesn't highlight the main duties of my employment. They are not flexible to change the standard format to include the duties.
( this is what given to all employees, I can't take exception). But, I do have another letter from HR (dated in june)...with my job title, annual salary and Job duties, period of employment etc. This letter doesn't have hours/week - critical info ). This was given by the HR for my work permit extension. So, I am planning to attach both letters with the application ( may be with a covering letter). Will this help??
Also, my first letter was given some time in June, the second letter will be given this week. The two letters are of different date. Not sure whether this will be an issue. Appreciate if you can share your thoughts on this. Thx

June was 3 months ago - ask them to issue the first letter with a recent date. It doesn't matter if you have 2 letters as long as they contain all the information required.
