Hello everyone,
Until now, I've mostly worked at universities, and I'm trying to get a detailed "employment reference letter" for my ITA from the HRs of these universities.
Even though they state the term, duration, and position that I had at the university, none of them sent a very detailed employment letter, such as one that lists the "duties" of the position, or information on social security.
Even though I clearly expressed them the regulations of IRCC, they always state out that they have a template for employment letters and cannot modify it just for the IRCC. Did you have such an experience? How did you provide IRCC the "duties" and "salary" information of your position?
