I am only able to get these papers from my current employer (company) :
1. A letter they fill in for me to send to the pharmacy regulatory authority in my country which contains SALARY and DATE OF EMPLOYMENT. PS. The letter isn't printed on company letterhead BUT contains company stamp. (it's in Arabic so I have to translate and notarize it).
2. An e-mail from my direct manager stating my job duties and responsibilities and I can probably get him to state that I currently work under him. PS. He refused to print or sign the paper, and would only send me an email with his CONTACT INFORMATION INCLUDED.
3. 22 months BANK STATEMENT with ONLY MY SALARY being deposited every month.
I don't have an email from HR as proof of refusal of an employment letter. Asking HR for the letter would put my job in great jeopardy.
Questions :
1. Would the mentioned documents be enough as proof of employment?
2. Is an LOE stating that I don't want to jeopardize my job provide good reason for IRCC?
There's no call for such a tone. Of course I realize that.
You do realize that I'd rather not be laid off from my job in case my immigration didn't work, right?
You do realize that I'd rather not be kicked from my job before I get my PR visa, right?

This was more helpful. Thanks.
Can I just say that the company doesn't issue such papers. Because the portal we use for documents issuing doesn't have an option for immigration related papers, not to mention a format for it.

Provide the generic letter, email from manager with duties and contact info or company ID, paystubs, bank statements and an loe saying company does not provide experience letters in the cic format as policy.

Do you mean the generic letter signed by the manager? Or would email work the same?
Also, we don't get issued any paystubs, however a bank statement would show my monthly salary.
