Hello everyone !

I'm at post ITA stage and have 4 days remaining to submit my eAPR. currently getting "work experience letter"

I've been working for one company my whole adult life for the past 9 years (currently employed by them) however, their HR aren't the most helpful as they do not issue employment experience letter and can only issue 2 types:
1- Employment history letter : position xxx from mm-yyyy to mm-yyyy
position yyy from mm-yyyy to mm-yyyy

2- Signed and stamped job description (no name or date of employment)

So I have prepared a LOE just in case... my question is , will that create a potential refusal from CIC ? also, did anyone experienced the same ?

much appreciated !

- That's better than some people are able to get. Get both letters if you can (or, assuming you've held more than one position over 9 years, as many job descriptions as are applicable).
- Keep in mind you get maximum credit for 5 years if this is in-Canada experience, 3 years if it is foreign, so if you can't document years 7-9 I wouldn't worry too much about it. For example, if you can provide your last 5 years' worth of T4s (or the equivalent tax documents outside of Canada), that will be good.
- Include your LOE if there is any missing information, and provide alternative documentation.

The letter could be from your manager as well if you can get from him/her, I believe.
