Hello all,

I am working as a developer in company.
But I am getting paid through other company(agency).
When I asked for employment letter, my agency gave me a letter which shows my salary, hours, employment date, and address of my company of work.
They asked me to get "job duties" from the company where I work.

Can anyone guide me how my employment letter should be?
Will it create confusion when I attach letter from both the companies?

Thank you for the help

Duties matching your Noc are vital part. Do you have a contract letter?

I have contract letter from the agency which states start and end date.
But I don't work actually there(in agency), so duties are not included in that letter.
However, I can get letter of work duties from the company where I actually work.

As i would have two letters one stating all details of employment while other stating what exactly my job duties are..
so would it be create any conflicts?

Thank you again :)

What do you mean by agency? Are you working on a project for a 3rd party?

No.. I am not working on a project. It is full time employment for specific duration.
But it is like the company pays my money to agency. And agency pays to me after taking commission(I guess).
So, I get paid through agency. Means my pay slips have name of my agency and not of my company.
Any suggestions, for how my employment letter should be?
