About to submit the file, but have few questions regarding my employment.
I had a Casual Contract job where there was no guarantee for hours although I got the paystubs from the company, I was hired as a contractor but directly with the company, I had my paystubs with my employee id etc. Is it an issue?
My Employment letter is as follows:

XXXXXX has been employed with XXXXXXX Inc. from February 11, 2019 to July 30, 2020.
He held casual contract positions as a Technical Services Representative 1, with an hourly rate
of $ XX.XXXXXXX has worked 2656.25 hours at XXXXXXXX.
XXXXXXXX responsibilities as a Technical services representative (NOC 2242) including:
• deploy, install, and upgrade Computer desktops, workstations, printers, peripherals as
well as associated operating systems and application software at the desktop level
• troubleshoot and repair hardware and software failures
• provide backup to our break-fix technician and participates in the 7X24 on-call rotation for
break-fix
• complete work orders or case orders.
The qualifications for this position are below:
• College or University education in Electronics or Computer Science
• A+ Certification or MCP
• Two (2) years of related job experience
• Experience with two Operating Systems
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• A sense of urgency to complete tasks and assignments
• Ability to diffuse tense customer situations and project a positive, confident outlook
• High level of integrity and honesty
• Ability to take direction and follow practices and procedures consistently and accurately
• Good time management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Experience with a desktop productivity suite
• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. on a regular basis

Noc 2242 Job duties are as follows
Main duties
Electronic service technicians perform some or all of the following duties:
Install, maintain and repair household and business electronic equipment, such as televisions, radios, video cassette recorders, stereo equipment, photocopiers, computers and peripherals
Inspect and test electronic equipment, components and assemblies using multimeters, circuit testers, oscilloscopes, logic probes and other electronic test instruments, tools and equipment
Diagnose and locate circuit, component and equipment faults
Adjust, align, replace or repair electronic equipment, assemblies and components following equipment manuals and schematics, and using soldering tools and other hand and power tools
Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports
May supervise other electronic equipment service technicians.
