Keep your annual comp to what it is as we speak. e.g. if you made $60K before and are making $80K now - your letter from the employer would say worked 40hrs/week and their annual comp is $80K. You don't have to explain that you had $60K as a salary 3 months before. IRCC doesn't care.

yes the final pay might be exclusive of bonus lost, employee taking unpaid time off etc...I doubt IRCC will compare all that, as long as you give your at least 3 months of pay stubs (preferably the 3 before your AOR) that match your employer reference letter it should be good.
