Employment - Duties Letter

Hi Folks ;

In case I can't acquire Duties Letter from one of my companies (neither HR nor My manager) in company letter head , what shall I do ?!

On the other hand , Is the Australian Statutory Declaration workable with CIC ?
I already have undergone with Australian Immigration process , and for that company I got Statutory Declaration from my college BUT in Australian Format and Already notarized by Notary Public ? is that workable with CIC ?
