I have applied for PR through CSQ program.
My working holiday visa ends by the end of June and to be sure I will be able to keep living and working in Canada I applied for a BWOP (PTOT), I also got a letter saying that I will be abble to work up until September and I hope I will get an answer for my BWOP until then.
My question now is concerning my current job.
My company is closing its office in NA and I have two option, either I go through what we call "portage salarial", which means that a third party would employ me and they would have a contract with my current company, the second option is to go self employed and to have a contract dirrectly with my current company.
I would rather go with the second option but I want to make sure this would not cause an issue with my current application.
TLDR:
Can I go self employed while waiting for my BWOP and PR?
