Good day! Im under live in caregiving program right now, i was able to renew my contract with a new employer and ofcourse new employmemt contract was needed. My worry now is that we lost the copy of the new contract that we just recently send to the immigration. My uncle's computer all the data was corrupted and we cant retrieve it. Im planning to apply for permanent resident this coming september and i need thatcontract to include in my application. Now what do i need to do? Im so worried that i cant apply without that. The only contract i have is the old one with my previous employer. I hope you can help me. Thank you!
Contact your new employer and ask him for a copy, for sure he has a copy.
It was corrupted in the computer. My new employr is my uncle. Thanks
If he's your uncle then ask him to rewrite the whole contract and sign it. Or try to take your computer to someone who can back up your files and see if they can retrieve it.
