AOR Received.

Hi there

I submitted APR 12 Apr 2017. Recently changed job. Do not claim points neither for last previous job nor current one. Personally I think that we should not inform this kind of minor thing, but after short seek found out next:

1. IRCC web forum tells that we need to inform about employment changes (there is no clarification if it is has affect on CRS Score)
2. Some experts advice that informing should only be if it has some impacts for instance
a) If said employment was supported by an LMIA and gave you 200 additional points.
b) If said employment was instrumental in getting you a PN.
c) If said employment change is causing you to move to another country while your PR application is in process. In this case, send a CSE with change of address.
3. Some experts advice if it is not impact on CRS score, it is not mandatory but optional to inform
4. Some experts say do not inform those type of minor changes as it confuses VO and may delay your processing time for monthes

And last thing if we do need to inform what we need to be selected under "Type of application/enquiry" button in IRCC web forum. There is nothing related to job change to click

Does anybody have clear answer for it?

You dont need to inform them about job change after AOR.

You dont need to inform them about job change after AOR.
Is it your conclusion based on experience and logic, or you got it from some sources?

they have listed clearly you only need to contact them if there is a major change like birth, passport new, change of contact details... not for minor changes like change in job or new travel...
