Hi ,

Hope you are having a good day. I recently received a ITA for FSW under express entry. I need to submit a reference letter from my previous employer with the application. When I reached out to my employer, they said that they provide only a combined Relieving / Service Letter which only mentions my role and my Joining and Leaving date details. They said they were not providing an individual separate Experience letter anymore. Could you please tell me what alternative documents I can submit along with my Relieving letter on the company letter head for this purpose. Thank you I would greatly appreciate any information.

Should I submit a detailed experience letter signed by one of my previous supervisors work possibly attested by an Indian notary, along with submitting my final release letter and pay-slips work on the company letter head.

Get the reference letters (having primarily job duties) signed by your ex-colleagues or immediate seniors on a plain paper and attach their visiting cards (if possible). This should suffice the requirement.

One person from consultant in India will send you the exact format of reference letter only in 10 thousand. If you need please Send PM.

No attestation required, just draft a couple of reference letters (shouldn't be same word to word, mainly consisting of job duties) & get them signed from your colleagues. You can find plenty of them on Google (just copy & edit) or just ask some consultant to do it for you on a chargeable basis. You can submit the release letter & salary slips as these will be a plus to your application.

Hi,

Just wanted to know if these are acceptable to Opportunities Ontario? Has anyone submitted these reference letters on plain paper and their case has gone through.

Hello,

I'm not sure about Opportunities Ontario but if CIC can accept it then they should do it as well. And yes I've submitted the reference letters printed on plain paper, I'm on medical stage (rather medical is accepted).

Regards.
