Employer Reference Letter

Hi all, Including current, i have three employers. Only the current Job responsibilities matches with NOC code. Rest two jobs experience I am going to use to get points.

Here is the question - I have releasing letter from my past two employers and whatever job duties in those letters, I will be putting same in my FSW1 application. In this case, Do I still need to get employer reference letter from last two employers? Can't I send releasing letter to USCIS as a proof of my employment and Job responsibilities?

I understand that I anyway need to get reference letter from my current employer and that I am going to do. But it is just past employers that I am not sure how responsive they will be to my request.

Hi Tarun,

I think you need to get the reference letters from your past two employers as for reason to prove the NOC code you will be filling for those two jobs.

If your releasing letter contain some information about the job responsibilities and work you have done it should be fine.

Hi,

I have an offer letter and promotion letter from my company but my manage doesnt work there anymore. Should I get the new letter or use the old one? If the call the office and ask for him, he wont be there.

Please advise?
