I am sitting in the pool at 411 and trying to gather employer reference letters from 8 years ago. I was a music teacher and I can't find the start and end dates of each school year. The school unfortunately closed but I found my previous principal and he is happy to write me a letter. I also have a news article about the school closure and another colleague who will write a letter. I have two questions:
1. Do I need the exact start and end date of each school year? I was there for 2.5 years. At this moment I only know the months.
2. I have another school that I worked at prior to this one, more than 10 years ago. I put it in my job history on my profile. Should I remove it? Do I need a letter from them, since I don't think it will add any points?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
