Hello there.. a little while ago, my employer applied for a LMIA and 'sponsored' my immigration.
To agree with the LMIA wage standards, my pay was raised from $36 to $44/hour.
I received a positive LMIA, applied for PR and landed.. everything very smooth.
The problem is that my employer reduced my wage again, after I received my PR and landed.
With that being said, I am now earning less than the LMIA wage.
Can someone tell me if this is legal?
