Hi, can you please tell me if my employer has to post the offer on employer portal and give any 7 digit code to file in WP application? I read somewhere that it is required and I am not sure whether it's mandatory or not. I am applying for ICT under specialised knowledge. I have offer letter from my employer. Can I just go ahead and apply for work permit (LMIA) exempted under ICT?
Yes, your employer has to do those things and you have to put that number on your application.
